These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OpenGraph+ service (“Service”) operated by Rocketship, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), accessible at https://www.opengraphplus.com/. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Service description

OpenGraph+ is a SaaS platform that crawls URLs you submit, generates screenshot images of those pages, and serves Open Graph meta tags and images so your links look great when shared on social media. The Service includes a web dashboard, API access, and short-link redirects.

Account terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit malicious, fraudulent, or illegal URLs to the Service
• Use the Service to generate screenshots of content you do not have the right to access
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure
• Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content behind any URL you submit to the Service. By submitting a URL, you represent that the content does not contain:

• Illegal material, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Fraud, phishing, or deceptive material

We do not pre-screen content, but we reserve the right to remove any screenshot and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we become aware of objectionable or unlawful content. We may also report illegal content to the appropriate authorities. If you believe content hosted through the Service violates these terms, please report it to trust@opengraphplus.com.

Copyright and DMCA takedowns

If you believe a screenshot hosted on OpenGraph+ infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to trust@opengraphplus.com with the following information:

• The URL of the screenshot or page on our Service
• The original copyrighted work being infringed
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We will respond to valid takedown requests promptly by removing the screenshot. If you believe a takedown was filed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocketship, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from the content behind URLs you submit to the Service or your violation of these Terms.

API usage

API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. You are responsible for all requests made with your API keys. Rate limits apply to API usage and vary by plan. We may revoke API keys that are used in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

OpenGraph+ does not claim ownership of your content. Screenshots generated by the Service are derived from pages you own or control. You retain all rights to your original content. The OpenGraph+ name, logo, and service design are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

Payment terms

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. If payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend your account after providing reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time, for any reason. You may delete your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, or with 30 days’ notice for any other reason. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocketship, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
