What's actually wrong
The og:image on drinkspindrift.com is botwebheader.png, an asset built to sit as a banner across the top of a page. Header art is wide, thin, and composed with its focal point off to one side, because on the page it has copy layered over it. Dropped into a 1.91:1 share card it gets centre-cropped, so whatever the composition was built around ends up outside the frame.

Banner art is composed with its subject off-centre because copy sits over it. Share cards centre-crop, so the subject lands outside the frame.

Composed at the right size
OpenGraph+ renders directly at each platform's dimensions, so the composition is the frame rather than a crop of something else.
